Qualification and Experience
The applicant must have the following qualification and experience:
1. A terminal Degree in the relevant subject area (or evidence of pursing a terminal Degree).
2. Professional Teacher’s Certificate.
3. Must have taught in a recognised educational Institution for a minimum of three (3) years.

B. NON-ACADEMIC POSITIONS
1. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful applicant shall perform a wide range of administrative and secretarial duties of an executive nature, including but not limited to:
1. Assisting in the day-to-day administration of the College.
2. Assisting in coordinating arrangements for official assignments.
3. Performing any other duties assigned by the College Registrar or Principal.
Applicants must:
• Hold an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field from a recognised tertiary institution.
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, initiative, discretion, and resourcefulness.

2. SECURITY OFFICER
Duties
The Security Officer will be responsible for safeguarding life and property on campus. The position requires tactfulness, initiative, discipline, boldness and firmness.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must possess:
• GCE O/A Level, or
• WASSCE/SSSCE
• Candidate must be physically fit.
Competencies and Personal Attributes
The applicant must demonstrate:
• Integrity, honesty, and reliability.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and outside normal working hours when necessary.
• Punctuality and a strong sense of duty.
• Good knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Respect for confidentiality and institutional regulations.

3. DRIVER
Duties
A Driver in a College of Education is expected to:
1. Transport staff, students, and guests.
2. Ensure vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness.
3. Maintain logbooks and fuel records.
4. Report faults and arrange repairs.
5. Support the Chief Driver in managing the College transport system.
Qualification and Experience
Applicants must:
1. Possession of at least Basic Education Certificate Examination qualification
2. Hold a valid Ghanaian Driver’s Licence, not below Class D.
3. Have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant driving experience in a reputable institution or organization.
4. Demonstrate a good knowledge of road traffic regulations and vehicle maintenance practices and a high sense of responsibility.
5. Must have a clean driving record
6. A trained mechanic will be a great advantage
7. Be physically fit and capable of undertaking long-distance journeys when required.
