How to Apply
A. Applicants will first make a payment of Two Hundred and Thirty Ghana Cedis (GH¢230.00) into the Colleges of Education – Ghana Account at any branch of the following banks nationwide:
i Consolidated Bank Ghana Limited.
ii Additionally, payment can also be made through mobile money wallet:
1. Tigo Cash
2. Airtel Money
3. Vodafone Cash
4. MTN Mobile Money by dialling the shortcode *924*8# from all networks
B. Upon payment, applicants will receive the following key information:
i. Personal Identification Number (PIN).
ii. An Admission Application Serial Number.
iii. The Admission Website Address- admission.coeportal.edu.gh
With this PIN, the applicant will then visit THE ADMISSION WEBSITE: admission.coeportal.edu.gh and follow specific guidelines to fill the application form ONLINE.
Applicants should select three Colleges of their choice for their Program and an accompanying Ghanaian Language.
NOTE:
i) Applicants are advised to read and understand all related instructions before completing the application forms.
ii) Applicants are to note that application forms that are not properly completed will not be processed.
iii) After completing the application form online, an applicant will need to print a copy which should be sent with one passport photograph and a copy/copies of results slips (Where available) by EMS PRIORITY ENVELOPE obtainable from Ghana Post nationwide and addressed to the Principal of the COLLEGE CHOSEN.
iv) Applicants will be notified of the receipt of their applications by SMS (text message) and should therefore provide correct and reliable mobile phone numbers when completing the form online.
v) Applicants will also receive admission offer notification by SMS (text message) and those who do not receive any of such notifications may have to understand it to mean that their applications have not been successful.
vi) Applicants are to note that the Colleges will cross-check their results from the West African Examination Council as part of the admission process. Applicants found to have submitted fake or falsified documents in support of their applications will be made to face the legal consequences of their actions.
